Harmoneya opens in closed alpha

Today we’re opening Harmoneya to a small group of studios.

It’s the tool we wanted on our own kitchen table: one place where the invoices, the bank account, the clients and the work that earned the money finally sit together. It’s early, and it says so where it matters. It already runs a studio’s books end to end.

This first entry is the long one. From here on the changelog stays quiet and only speaks up when something big lands.

Invoicing that finishes the job

  • Create, send and track invoices with VAT per line, discounts, units, and each client’s own currency.
  • Connect Gmail or iCloud and invoices go out from your own address, so clients hear from you, not from a no-reply.
  • Recurring invoices for retainers. Set the schedule once and the next one issues itself.
  • Design your invoice in the template editor: one layout for the studio, or a custom one per client. A ready-made Polish label set is one pick away.
  • Partial payments, voids, duplicates, bulk send, and a clean PDF for every invoice.

Built for Poland, readable everywhere

  • KSeF is built in. Send an invoice to Poland’s National e-Invoice System straight from the invoice page, and your suppliers’ invoices arrive on their own.
  • Every invoice also exports as UBL 2.1 XML (EN 16931, Peppol BIS) for accountants and systems outside Poland.

Your bank, matched to your invoices

  • Connect your bank through Salt Edge, or add accounts by hand. Transactions keep themselves up to date.
  • Reconciliation matches payments to what they settle, in both directions: client payments to your invoices, bank debits to supplier bills.
  • Supplier invoices count as payables, so they show up in runway and margins instead of hiding in an inbox.

Numbers you can trust

  • A dashboard with MRR, ARR, runway, cash flow, receivables aging, and revenue and profitability per client and per project.
  • Runway starts from your real bank balance minus unpaid supplier bills, and tells you when it has to estimate instead.
  • Cash-flow alerts warn you when projected cash drops below the threshold you set.
  • A monthly tax prediction for Polish studios, marked alpha while we confirm the rate tables. It doesn’t deduct input VAT yet.

An assistant that reads your books

  • Ask in plain language: who owes you money, how this month looks, how long the runway is. Answers come back as cards with the actual figures from your records.
  • It can prepare the work too: categorize transactions, match payments, mark invoices paid, send a batch. Nothing changes until you confirm.
  • Prefer your own AI tools? Connect an MCP client such as Claude Code or Cursor with a personal access token. It’s read-only by design.

The work behind the money

  • Every client in one view: their projects, invoices, payments and activity.
  • Projects move through a pipeline from lead to archived, with tasks, comments and approvals alongside.

Room for your team, and your accountant

  • Owner, Admin and Member roles, plus a read-only seat for your accountant.
  • An audit log of every sensitive change (who, what and when) and a team activity feed.
  • Export invoices and transactions to CSV or Excel whenever someone asks.

Small things that keep it calm

  • Your data lives on your device too, so every screen opens in a frame and you can still look things up offline.
  • Press ⌘K to jump anywhere or search clients, projects, invoices and transactions.
  • Light and dark themes, or follow your system.

What’s not here yet

We’d rather tell you now than have you find out mid-month:

  • Clients can’t pay online yet. Payments are recorded by hand or matched from your bank.
  • The app is in English only. Invoices can already carry Polish labels.
  • No quotes or estimates, no time tracking, and no client portal.
  • Sign-in is by magic link or Google. There’s no two-factor or passkey sign-in yet.

How the alpha works

We’re letting studios in a few at a time, so we can listen properly to each one. What you tell us decides what we build next, and the big pieces will be announced right here.

If Harmoneya sounds like the calm place your studio has been missing, request access and tell us a little about how you work.
