Our Story

We built Harmoneya because we needed it.

A short history, in five chapters. None of it is hypothetical — it all happened, on our own kitchen table, before a single line of code.

  1. 01

    The shoebox.

It started, as most studios do, with a shoebox. Receipts, invoices, screenshots, half-typed notes about who paid what and when. At month-end, we'd dump it onto the kitchen table and try to make sense of it. Some months we couldn't. Some months we just guessed.

  2. 02

    The stack.

Then we did what everyone does — we bought tools. An invoicing app. A bank-import app. A spreadsheet template someone on Twitter swore by. Each tool worked. Together they didn't. We were paying twelve subscriptions to recreate the shoebox in higher resolution.

  3. 03

    The decision.

We started Harmoneya because we wanted one calm surface — the place where the money lives, where the work that earned it lives, and where the answers come from. Not a CRM. Not a ledger. The thing in between.

  4. 04

    The name.

Harmony, in its oldest sense, isn't sameness — it's separate notes that sound right together. A studio is the same: design, contracts, invoices, payments, taxes, all running their own line, hopefully not clashing. Harmoneya is the surface where those lines resolve into a chord you can finally hear.

  5. 05

    Where we're going.

We're building Harmoneya for the studios that earn well, want to keep earning well, and don't want to think about bookkeeping for one minute longer than necessary. If that's you — we'd love to have you on the waitlist.
