What is Harmoneya, exactly?
A financial command center for studios. Invoices, transactions, projects, and the insights that come from joining all three — in one calm surface, instead of six.

Who is it for?
Design studios, freelance developers, branding agencies, photo and film studios, solo consultants, independent accountants — anyone managing the money side of client work without a finance team.

Is this an accounting product?
No. Accountants will love what we export to them, but Harmoneya is built for the operator running the studio day to day, not the bookkeeper closing the year.

How much does it cost?
We're finalizing pricing with the first cohort. Waitlist members get founder pricing for the first year and a hand in shaping what we charge for.

When can I get in?
We're letting people in from the waitlist in small batches. The earlier you join, the sooner you'll hear from us — usually within a couple of weeks.

Will there be a free plan?
Yes. A free tier covering the essentials, plus paid tiers for studios with multiple seats, advanced insights, and integrations.

Where does my data live?
On infrastructure we operate, in the EU. Encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything, anytime, no email-the-CEO required.

Which banks and tools do you support?
Today: Gmail, Salt Edge (bank feeds), Stripe, iCloud, KSEF (for Polish tax filing), and a growing list. We add integrations based on what waitlist members ask for first.

Can I use Harmoneya offline?
Yes — the app is local-first. Open it on a flight, scroll your transactions, draft an invoice. It syncs the moment you're back online.
